As a father and behavioral health professional, public safety is personal to me.
Every family should feel secure walking through their neighborhood, visiting a park, or coming home at night. I support our police officers and will work to ensure they have the staffing, training, and resources needed to protect Concord.
I also want stronger coordination with Contra Costa County’s A3 crisis response system so mental health professionals can assist when someone is in crisis. This allows officers to focus on crime and public safety while helping residents receive the care they need.

I know what it takes to build a business, create jobs, and serve families. I have also experienced how confusing permits, licenses, and government processes can be.
City Hall should help local businesses succeed, not make it harder for them to get started. I support creating a small business concierge who can guide entrepreneurs through the process, answer questions, and help resolve delays.
Strong local businesses create jobs, support families, and keep Concord’s economy moving. I will also fight for safe parks, youth programs, mental health resources, and services that reflect the needs of our diverse community.

Concord should remain a place where working families, seniors, and young people can afford to live.
I support meaningful tenant protections, enforcement of our housing laws, and mediation that helps resolve problems before families face displacement.
At the same time, we must build more housing. My focus will be keeping residents housed, protecting the stability of our neighborhoods, and creating more opportunities for families to call Concord home.
